Our pool school training program equips our partners with all the business and technical acumen needed to run a successful business. Each business owner will spend time with various experts covering Poolwerx systems, finances, inventory, retail, human resources, marketing and pool care.
Because we place immense value in the education of our field, we also extend our training to program to our franchise partner employees. We want your managers, admins, retail and field staff to operate at the highest level to provide a superior client experience. When attendees graduate from our pool school, they will be awarded a nationally recognized CPO accreditation, have a thorough grasp of the business, and walk away with a newfound confidence and vigor to jumpstart your franchise. Facilities for hands-on experience
We believe in providing constant hands-on support to all our franchisees. That’s why, we’ve constructed a state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Dallas to teach cleaning techniques, pool repair, general & preventative maintenance, and retail sales.
Our training center features an elevated swimming pool with exposed plumbing and fixtures to easily visualize pool infrastructure and learn things like identifying and repairing leaks. We also have an assortment of pool pumps, heaters, and tools to learn the ins and outs of equipment diagnostics and repair.
Additionally, our mock retail storefront allows for robust training in retail sales and visual merchandising techniques. Our franchise partners are guided by our in-house experts so they confidently tackle any pool situation.
Marketing Expertise
Our seasoned marketing team develops national marketing campaigns that put eyes on our brand. We maximize marketing return on investment by spending on proven marketing initiatives that resonate with our clients and create demand.

Currently, we use an intuitive cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to manage the core functions of your business like invoicing, finance, supplies, and services. This allows our partners to manage their business on the go, from a service van, a retail location, or anywhere with an internet connection. The lack of a physical network infrastructure also means our technologies easily scale as our partners scale. We can easily adjust user permissions according to the size of each partner’s business and securely manage customer information, remotely.
In addition to our ERP system, we equip all our service partners with a route service tracking and management system, a retail point-of-sale system, and our proprietary water testing equipment to provide quick, accurate readings. Our investment in technology is all designed around customer convenience and maintaining healthy pools.
Human Resources Support
We understand that managing employees can be a complex and time-consuming task, so we offer support to help you attract, develop, and retain top talent. Our HR team develops training programs, helps ensure compliance with labor laws, and provides guidance on employee relations issues.
