Steps to becoming a Franchise Partner

  1. Book an Introduction
    Begin your journey by speaking with one of our franchise specialists. We’ll discuss your goals, gauge your interest, and answer any questions about financing. We’ll also share our unique approach to franchising, guiding you step by step toward joining the Poolwerx family.
  2. Review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
    We’ll provide you with our comprehensive Franchise Disclosure Document, outlining everything you need to know about Poolwerx, including our performance and all legal requirements. You’ll have the freedom to reach out anytime with questions, ensuring full clarity.
  3. Attend Discovery Day
    After reviewing the FDD, you’ll be invited to our Dallas, TX headquarters for Discovery Day. This is your opportunity to meet our leadership and expert teams across operations, marketing, human resources, and more. You’ll also get to tour a Poolwerx location, experiencing firsthand what makes us a leader in the pool service industry.
  4. Connect with Our Franchise Partners
    Gain insider knowledge by connecting with some of our existing franchise partners. They’ll share honest insights about their experience, giving you a clear picture of what it's like to be part of the Poolwerx network.
  5. Secure Your Territory
    Once you're confident in your decision, we’ll help secure financing and award you a prime franchise territory. Upon signing your service agreement, your exciting journey as a Poolwerx Franchise Partner officially begins!
  6. Start Pool School
    After securing your territory, you and your team will head back to our headquarters for Pool School—our hands-on training program. You’ll learn the ins and outs of the industry, both in the classroom and in the field, working side-by-side with retail and pool service specialists.
